Take your power back and trust yourself

I want to talk about something that’s been on my mind a lot lately—our relationship with food, our bodies, and how we can break free from the patterns that sometimes hold us back.

I’m really excited to share this week’s podcast episode with you, where I dive into a conversation with Ariana Zurita, someone who understands these struggles intimately.

Intuitive Eating – Take your power back and trust yourself with Ariana Zurita

We’ve all been there, right? Those times when stress gets the better of us and we turn to food for comfort, only to feel guilty about it later. It’s a cycle I’ve experienced firsthand. The guilt often pushes us to jump onto the next diet trend, hoping it will be the solution. But more often than not, these diets just lead to more frustration and even binge eating. Can you relate?

So, here’s the thing: there’s a different way. It’s called Intuitive Eating, and it’s about relearning how to listen to our bodies. Instead of relying on external rules, we’re encouraged to tune into our own hunger and fullness cues. It’s about breaking away from the dieting mindset and reconnecting with what our bodies truly need.

During my conversation with Ariana, we dive deep into how Intuitive Eating can help us escape the negativity that diet culture often feeds us. It’s about embracing our worthiness, showing ourselves kindness, and shifting our perspective on food. It’s not about perfection—it’s about nurturing ourselves.

One of the things I love most about Intuitive Eating is its focus on intention. It’s not about following a rigid plan; it’s about choosing foods that make us feel good, both physically and emotionally. It’s about trusting our bodies and letting go of unrealistic standards.

I invite you to join me in exploring this transformative journey. If you’re tired of the guilt, the diets that don’t work, and the endless cycle, give this episode a listen. Ariana’s insights are truly eye-opening, and I believe this approach has the potential to change the way we relate to our bodies and nourishment.

Let’s embark on this together. Here’s to a healthier, more empowered way of living—one where we listen to our bodies and embrace every step of the journey.
