Want to know a little more about Dina?
Dina is the founder of Mind-Body Weight Release and a recovering emotional eater. Her lifelong journey of weight release ultimately revealed itself as a journey to self-love. Through the study of several wellness modalities: health coaching, emotional eating coaching, mental fitness coaching, The LifeLine Technique, meditation, massage therapy, and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques/Tapping) … Dina learned that healing and empowerment distills down to “energy management.” After ending her own struggle with cravings, overeating, and self-judgment, she is passionate about helping others do the same. Her “superpower” is helping women rekindle their inner light and power so they can enjoy a healthy and harmonious relationship with food … and with themselves.
